Gr2 titanium plate has the following performance characteristics:

1.Strength and density: The density of titanium plate is 4.51g/cm ³, which is about half of iron, but its strength is nearly 1.5 times higher than ordinary steel. This makes Gr2 titanium plate an ideal lightweight structural material.

2. Corrosion resistance:  titanium plate has excellent corrosion resistance, can withstand extremely high temperatures and pressures, and will not be corroded by atmospheric environment or most water, acid and alkali solutions. Even in strong corrosive agents such as aqua regia, titanium plates can maintain their stability.

3. Biocompatibility: Gr2 titanium plates are non-toxic, odorless, and non irritating to human tissues, making them widely used in the field of medical device manufacturing, such as artificial joints and dental implants.

4. Processing performance: The processing technology of Gr2 titanium plate is relatively complex, mainly manufactured through two methods: hot rolling and cold rolling. Hot rolling is the process of heating titanium plates to high temperatures and then rolling them, while Cold rolling is carried out at room temperature. In addition, it also includes treatment processes such as annealing and acid washing.

1. Hot forging is a forging process carried out above the recrystallization temperature of metal.

2. Hot rolling is a rolling process carried out at temperatures higher than the recrystallization temperature.

The rolling process in which the plastic deformation temperature of cold rolling is lower than the recovery temperature.

3. Annealing: A metal heat treatment process in which a metal is slowly heated to a certain temperature, held for a sufficient period of time, and then cooled at an appropriate rate (usually slow cooling, sometimes controlled cooling).

4. Acid washing: Immerse the workpiece in acid to remove oxides and other thin films on the metal surface.
